AMMO Rotational Wormer Paste is a broad-spectrum benzimidazole wormer containing oxfendazole. It has a wide safety margin and is suitable for horses of all ages, including foals, yearlings, stallions and pregnant mares.

The palatable paste is easy to administer using the convenient adjustable dial-a-dose syringe.

How It Works

Oxfendazole works by disrupting the metabolic processes of susceptible intestinal parasites.

It also sterilises worm eggs within 24 hours of treatment, helping to reduce pasture contamination and reinfection pressure.

AMMO Rotational Wormer is designed for use as part of a rotational parasite control program to assist with resistance management.

Dosage and Administration

Administer orally according to the horse’s bodyweight by adjusting the plunger ring to the appropriate setting on the syringe.

One 32.6 g syringe treats a horse weighing up to 600 kg.

Rotation Program

For a rotational parasite management program:

Use AMMO Red Allwormer for one year, followed by AMMO Green Rotational Wormer the following year.

During the AMMO Green rotational year, two additional treatments with AMMO Red are required in Autumn and Spring for bot and tapeworm control.
