BLACKIE has been making and plaiting reins for the better part of 40yrs he has been able to master and change the thickness of the reins to suit the rider of all ages from children ladies and the men hence the different thickness in reins.
These reins are made from a cotton type rope which are softer on your hands compared to the poly rope type.
These reins are a 9 plait with turk head to attach to bridle and 6'6 long.
