Our Ripstop Tail Bag provides coverage around your horse’s tail with Insect Control treated fabric. Easily attaches by Velcro to all Wild Horse Australia Insect Control horse rugs.
Can also be sewn on. Please refer to the images for the ideal location for attachment. Before sewing, hold the tail bag on your horse first to the best and most comfortable height. Only sew the non-fleeced side of the velcro to your rug so the fleece is on your horse’s rump. The tail bag can be removed when needed, enjoy!
We use our unique binding process that tightly bonds insect protection deep into the fabric fibres of our Tail Bags.
Our tests show that there is approximately 92% of the treatment remaining after 6 months of weathering and 25 detergent washes. EPA approved treatment can remain effective for 2-3 years.
